Curry pastes


I love the Thai red curry paste recipe in the new Everyday cookbook! Home made curry pastes taste so fresh and delicious and keep for a few weeks in the fridge or you can freeze it in ice cube trays for ready to use portions. If you have a premade curry paste you can whip up a quick curry in about 20 minutes. Quicker, healthier and cheaper than take away!
