A mixture of rices (I have used basmati, brown and black rices), dried chick peas and millet can be milled together on speed 9 for 1 minute to make amazing gluten free flour. The new Everyday cookbook has a great gluten free bread recipe by Cyndi O'Meara. I made it yesterday for my local cooking class last night and got rave reviews. Being gluten free has never been easier than with a Thermomix :)
Hi I am new to your blog & am just having a bit of a look around & I have a quick question, when making gluten free flour from rice & chick peas can you use them for making cakes? One of my daughters is Gluten Intolerant & I am finding if I manage to find foods she really likes they are really expensive, so I am wanting to make a lot more myself
